JoPaulson is registered as a sole proprietorship, founded in 2018 by Wing Commander Joseph Paulson (Retd), a veteran from the Indian Air Force with more than two decades of experience of flying fighter jets like the MiG 21s and 29s as well as leadership training and selection of pilots using the Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT).

Since 2003, he has been in the corporate world, experienced in consulting, leadership training and coaching from www.blessingwhite.com, outbound training including Fire walk and glass walk (certified by www.sundoor.com) and consulting, training and delivery of a variety of psychometric solutions from Psytech International UK and www.kcpltd.com from UK. He holds Level A/B certificate in Occupational Testing from British Psychological Society (BPS) since 2006. As a delegated assessor, he is experienced in conducting training on psychometrics leading to BPS certification. He is also certified in MBTI Step-2 and Hogan tools.
